Liron Sharon is a Principal with YMS Value, LLC, a business valuation and advisory firm he founded in 2016. He has nearly 20 years of experience providing advisory and valuation services for various purposes.

Liron specializes in performing fair value analyses for financial reporting purposes (including purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, and complex capital structure analysis), tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employee stock ownership plans, and litigation and dispute advisory matters. He also provides M&A, pricing and forecasting services. Liron’s clients span a range from early-stage start-ups to large multinational corporations and encompass various industries and sectors, including: technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, professional services, hospitality, and distribution.

Liron is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel), earned a Master's in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers. Liron is also an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Liron and his family live in Rockville, Maryland. He volunteers with the Arc Montgomery, an organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, and  coaches his son’s basketball and baseball teams. He enjoys sports, music and travel.
